Application Technician – Dairy & Ice-Cream

Do you have hands-on experience in a dairy plant or pilot dairy facility—or are you a fresh graduate eager to start your career in this field? Join our Dairy & Ice Cream team as an Application Technician and support our ambitious growth goals.
You will become part of the dairy & ice cream team in the Application department. You will have a technical role and will work side-by-side with the current application specialists in the pilot plant. You will report directly to our Regional Application Manager, Theng Theng Sim, and the position is located at International Business Park, Nordic European Centre, Singapore.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the Dairy and Ice-cream pilot plant
- Operate analysis equipment in the allocated pilot plant
- Contribute to conclude on application testing and development in dialog with specialists
- Maintenance and cleaning of process equipment in allocated pilot plant
- Responsible for planning and execution of development task in the pilot plant
- Training and instruction of guests in hygiene, safety etc.
- Training of customer, colleagues, distributors in Application production in pilot
- Contribute where required in purchasing tasks for the pilot plant
- Support if required in other pilot plants or customer sample factory
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects
What do you need to apply?
Candidates with a background in dairy education or relevant practical training are welcome to apply. You work in an analytical and structured way and enjoy hands-on work in the pilot plant. As our work spans a global scope, excellent written and spoken English skills are required. Familiarity with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
