In June 2023 we invited our colleagues to share stories from around the world, of our colleagues embodying our company slogan of Heart working people and whose efforts have had a positive impact on those around them.

We received more than 70 examples of our colleagues doing extraordinary things for our business, our customers and our communities. and have now turned the first four into videos.

Emulsifiers blend incompatible ingredients like water, oil, and air, significantly enhancing product quality. They enable stable emulsions, prevent oil separation, and control aeration and viscosity in bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, margarine, and plant-based foods. Combined with stabilisers, they improve texture, mouthfeel, and shelf-life while supporting healthier food options.
