In this role, you ensure that Palsgaard engages customers effectively across digital channels by turning strategy into impactful digital touchpoints that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
As Digital Engagement Manager, you will ensure that Palsgaard engages customers effectively across digital channels by turning strategy into impactful digital touchpoints that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
You will be part of the Commercial Development & Marketing team based out of Juelsminde with the possibility to work from home some of the time. You will report directly to the Commercial Development & Marketing Director, Morten Gleerup.
Your key responsibility areas include:
· Owning and developing digital channels, campaigns, and assets.
· Driving marketing automation and digital lead generation.
· Aligning digital initiatives with commercial priorities through aligned annual wheels globally and in each region.
· Developing and executing global and regional digital campaigns in close collaboration with regional teams.
· Monitoring funnel performance, lead scoring, and campaign effectiveness.
· Producing digital content together with Product Management and Activation teams.
· Running digital projects, including development and implementation of new commerce platform.
· Maintaining and developing digital channels across markets.
· Tracking and reporting performance across digital channels and initiatives.
Key deliverables:
· Global campaign reports
· Lead generation and funnel performance metrics
· A structured and up-to-date digital asset library
You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Excellence to improve the overall digital experience and support sales teams across regions.
What do you need to apply:
We are looking for a digitally strong and execution-focused profile with both strategic understanding and hands-on capabilities. You have several years of experience working with digital development in an international BtB organisation and/or digital agency.
Professional and technical skills:
· Proven digital marketing experience (marketing automation, web, e-commerce, social media, GenAI, etc.)
· Experience with digital lead generation and funnel management
· Familiarity with CRM integration and automation tools
· Strong content and campaign management skills
· Strong execution skills and tactical planning capabilities
· Strong written and spoken English
