Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with strong Microsoft D365 expertise?
Palsgaard is looking for a Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Super User to join our Global Supply Chain organisation and play a key role in our global Microsoft D365 rollout and continuous development journey.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a global transformation programme where you will combine hands-on Supply Chain knowledge with deep ERP understanding. The role is based in Mumbai, India and reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager India.
You will act as a key link between business, operations, IT and end users, helping ensure that our global D365 template is successfully implemented, adopted and continuously improved across our international organisation.
Your role
As D365 Super User, you will become a central member of our Global Supply Chain organisation and support both ongoing project activities and future operational support.
You will be responsible for driving system adoption, supporting users, participating in testing and configuration activities, and ensuring that global standards and processes are consistently applied across the business.
The role covers the following Supply Chain areas:
· Sales & Operations Planning
· Sourcing & Procurement
· Warehouse & Logistics
· Shipping & Transportation
Key responsibilities
Support our global D365 rollout
· Participate actively in global D365 implementation and rollout activities
· Support local and global teams during analysis, design, testing, training and go live phases
· Ensure that business requirements are translated into scalable and standardised solutions
· Work closely with Process Owners, Business Process Owners, IT and external implementation partners
Act as guardian of our Global D365 Template
· Support and promote standardised global processes
· Help ensure compliance with the approved Global D365 Template
· Challenge local deviations where appropriate
· Contribute to maintaining an evergreen ERP platform with minimal customisation
Configuration, testing and training
· Support configuration and parameter setup within D365
· Participate in user acceptance testing and regression testing
· Create and maintain training materials
· Deliver training sessions for users and local Super Users
· Support onboarding of new users
User support and knowledge sharing
· Provide first-level support for Supply Chain related D365 topics
· Act as the bridge between operational users and technical teams
· Support issue resolution and continuous improvements
· Share best practices and help develop user capabilities across the organisation
Future regional support role
As our D365 platform becomes established across the organisation, this role is expected to evolve into a key support function for our operations in India and Asia.
You will become one of the primary points of contact for first-line functional support, user guidance and continuous improvement activities across the region.
What you bring
We are looking for a hands-on professional who understands both Supply Chain operations and ERP systems.
Ideally, you bring:
· Solid practical experience from Supply Chain operations
· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Management or similar ERP platforms
· Broad understanding of planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and transportation processes
· Experience working in large and complex international organisations
· Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
· The ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and technical specialists
· A structured and analytical approach to problem solving
· The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables
· A positive and proactive mindset
· Curiosity and willingness to learn
· Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced and changing environment
· A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills
Travel requirements
This is a global role with local anchoring in India.
The position requires international travel, particularly during project implementation, rollout and stabilisation phases. Travel activity is expected to be significant while the global D365 programme continues to roll out across our sites.
